So, the colonoscopy is done and behind me. Well, at least for a year. They removed a large pre-cancerous polyp so I need to keep a close eye on that.
I am exhausted and starving. I also lost five pounds lol!
I wanted to update very quickly before food and sleep takes over.

Did your doctor give you a good talking-to about eating a diet with lots of fiber and low in sugar? Terry and I both have good colonoscopy reports, but at Terry’s last one, we overheard the doctor giving the guy in the next bed what-for. He too had a large pre cancerous polyp removed. The doctor was telling him, “you must eat more fiber or this will happen again.”
The doctor approved of my new plant based diet, but did ask for me to take fiber supplements.
